By registering for or participating in any Optimum Basketball program, camp, clinic, training session, or event, participants and/or their parent or legal guardian agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Optimum Basketball provides basketball instruction, training sessions, camps, and related athletic programming designed to develop skills, teamwork, and enjoyment of the sport.

Participants agree to:

• Follow coach and staff instructions.
   
• Treat staff and participants respectfully.
   
• Follow facility and safety rules.
   
• Participate in a safe and sportsmanlike manner.
   

Optimum Basketball reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe or disruptive without refund.

Basketball and athletic training involve inherent physical risks, including but not limited to:

• Falls and collisions
   
• Sprains and strains
   
• Fractures or dislocations
   
• Head injuries or concussions
   
• Muscle injuries
   
• Other serious injuries
   

By registering, participants and/or guardians acknowledge and voluntarily accept all risks associated with participation.

In consideration of participation, the participant and/or parent/legal guardian:

• Releases and discharges Optimum Basketball, its owners, coaches, staff, contractors, and facility partners from liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.
   
• Accepts responsibility for risks arising from athletic participation.
   
• Confirms participation is voluntary and at personal risk.
   

Participants confirm they are medically able to participate in physical activity.

In the event of injury or emergency:

• Optimum Basketball staff may seek emergency medical care if a guardian cannot be reached.
   
• The participant or guardian assumes responsibility for medical expenses.
   

Participants should inform staff of medical conditions, allergies, or limitations prior to participation.

Registration is confirmed only upon payment.

Program spots are limited and secured upon payment.

Optimum Basketball reserves the right to cancel or modify sessions due to facility issues, coach availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Refunds are not guaranteed once programs begin.
   
• Refund requests prior to program start may be considered case-by-case.
   
• No refunds are provided for missed sessions.
   
• Sessions cancelled by Optimum Basketball may be rescheduled or credited where possible.
   

Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions.

Make-up sessions are not guaranteed for absences due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or personal reasons.

Participants must:

• Follow safety instructions.
   
• Respect coaches, staff, and peers.
   
• Use equipment responsibly.
   

Unsafe behavior may result in removal from activities.

Unless declined in writing, Optimum Basketball may use photos or videos taken during sessions for promotional purposes, including website and social media content.

No personal information will be shared without consent.

Optimum Basketball is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to sessions.

By completing registration and payment, participants and/or guardians confirm they:

• Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions,
   
• Accept program policies,
   
• Accept participation risks,
   
• Agree to the Injury & Liability Waiver,
   
• Consent to participation under these terms.
